I got “shower wipes” on Amazon, they’re a type of wipe (there are a few different kinds) you can clean your body with without having to shower. This way I could be clean enough to sleep, and could go outside if I needed to without feeling embarrassed.

The other ones are tougher. Don’t let your cat die.

She's 15 pounds overweight/ obese but she let's me know when she is truly hungry, I just can't will myself to stick to a schedule which sux for her
