How do i fix Ubisoft Connect Games not launching ? (specifically Watch Dogs 2)

I have an issue where i often cant launch Watch Dogs 2, i dont know its it because of that game or if its an launcher issue. I already tried reinstalling the game, verifying files, executing the game as administrator and deleting DbgHelp.dll, yet nothing helped.

I already got them game for free, too lazy to install a pirated version of it
