Nope, these are not the setting. I used to receive "update emails" once in a blue moon, they're irrelevant. Over the fall 2023 I followed a few people, and I'm evidently getting e-mails every time they post? Is there literally no way to disable it? Or maybe from the gmail, block all incels.is emails?

I don't have such an issue with the suicide forum even though both seem to use the same template.
