I've been asking myself this for quite some time.

I'd happily get lung cancer for a deeper voice, and have tried becoming a smoker multiple times over the years but found myself unable to make a habit of it; I can't tolerate the taste of cigarettes or cigars.

The voicepill is a brutal one, for sure.
