Good question, and good for you for trying to align your thinking in a positive way. Because obsessing over what you don't have only ends up wasting your life away.
Two things that might help: (1) realize that even chad probably isn't happy. There are chads who kill themselves every day because they're so depressed. White men have really high suicide rates.
(2) recognize that there are people "below" you - who have even less than you do, who would look at your life and think the same thing that you're thinking about chad. They'd think, "if only I had what he has, I would be happy" - and what do you have that they would envy? Well, things like unlimited entertainment, food, even porn.
I know that there are people right here in this forum that would look at my life and envy it, just because I'm able to live alone, and they are stuck with asshole parents. So what I try to do is, every now and then I enjoy the silence in my house and I'm thankful to have it, because I've read posts here where cels say how awful it is to live with others.

We all look up at the next level and we imagine, "if only I could climb to that level, then I'd be happy" but it turns out, none of it is true.
