fat women are seen as body positivity but fat men are rarely seen as the same

neurodivergent women are seen as quirky whereas neurodivergent men are outcasted (adhd ocd or bipolar don’t count cause you can still socialize)

Butterface definitely exists for men, and just like for women, it is genetic. Height and frame would be the equivalent to ass and tits. It can somewhat make up for a bad face, and definitely has a similar effect to butterface to women.
