Minor? Do you have any idea how many different cosmetic procedures are available these days? Top surgeons are artists. It isn't obvious at all. All rich celebrities have work done, and lots of it. Fillers, botox, chemical peels, needling, dermabrasion, Fraxel, endermologie, laser surgery versions of everything that used to involve a knife, and this is just the stuff I've heard about. You can even get fillers for your hair. Liposuction, low risk laser facelifts. It's endless. He's been pictures with world famous surgeons. And when you have endless money, you can afford the best. It annoys me how naive people are about surgery. Please, show me anybody who aged remotely as good 40 years ago, when such treatments and procedures didn't exist.

I don't have a lot to show you besides anecdotal data like the very slow rate of facial aging I've experienced, which also goes for my brother, and some other guys with 'teetotaller' clean living habits like my old math teacher, the only problem for all of us was norwooding which is harder to control.
It might be stretching it a bit to claim this applies to 45 year old Cruise though I'll admit.
