yeah thats what confuses me. They have high IQ Russians, they have proven it with their home made military tech. Why exactly they cant apply those brains to building a complex economy is what confuses me. But one user here said that Russians operate as a collective so I guess that explains it. If you look at the Dutch or German economy, they backbone is based on individual small to mid sized business not on large collectives. So I guess that is Russias problem and their mistake wasting the high IQ people they have . But I think Russians must be more Asiatic culturally if this is true.
