What are good ways I can raise my testosterone naturally? Re-starting NoFap and Gym so I want to reap the benefits as much as possible, and help max on these two challenges I want to start.

Depends. If you are fat the best way is to lose fat. Getting enough vitamin D, whether supplement or sunlight. Magnesium and zinc can help for most people. Getting exercise, especially strength training will help. Taking a cold shower. I can’t think of many other ways which aren’t memes.

Yeah do those already. I make sure to eat a bunch of high zinc/magnesium foods+supplements, and I also take Vitamin D, cold shower, and will be back in Gym soon.

Yeah i try cooking my own food. Fast food chains usually have a shit ton of estrogen and other chemicals that kill your T level. Also their meals are full of microplastics which affect blood stream and T. Natural food that isn’t processed is good.

I never measured mine but that honestly sounds pretty high considering average male test is 200-300, you are almost at 1000 mark

Red meat, chicken, eggs, and fish yes 100% Liver is very nutrient dense as well.

However, grains such as oats & beans aren't too great. Reason being, is that they have phytates in them which reduces the amount of nutrients you intake.

I haven't done this in a week, but I will do it very soon.

I will do this; I plan on getting to sleep early tonight.

I also take magnesium supplements which helps a lot with sleep.

I do meditate somewhat which helps me out quite a bit, I also find good ways to distract myself from reality(vidya, reading, movies, writing, etc.) which are all good copes, and then I also have some vices which do help me escape, but ofc aren't exactly the best thing: Porn/fapping which I am trying to quit, eating junk food sometimes, alcohol coping, smoking weed, and ig even using this forum is kinda bad in a way.

Honestly this is dumb. Eating a whole raw onion per day can not only be harmful for your digesting system but you might also stink for the rest of the day through yout mouth and your pores
 
Eating healthy and going to the gym can raise testo
