Red meat, chicken, eggs, and fish yes 100% Liver is very nutrient dense as well.
However, grains such as oats & beans aren't too great. Reason being, is that they have phytates in them which reduces the amount of nutrients you intake.

I haven't done this in a week, but I will do it very soon.

I will do this; I plan on getting to sleep early tonight.
I also take magnesium supplements which helps a lot with sleep.

I do meditate somewhat which helps me out quite a bit, I also find good ways to distract myself from reality(vidya, reading, movies, writing, etc.) which are all good copes, and then I also have some vices which do help me escape, but ofc aren't exactly the best thing: Porn/fapping which I am trying to quit, eating junk food sometimes, alcohol coping, smoking weed, and ig even using this forum is kinda bad in a way.
