I get jealous when I see Foids working out at Gym. They've got legs and some are pretty strong. I wonder how can I get more thick legs without getting fat belly? I train legs all the time at the Gym and I split biceps with triceps. I also eat much carbs usually. Upper body slowly is growing but can't see any change on my legs at all after 1.5 years.
 
Cycling hard as fuck is the best way, followed by squats , dips etc. Don't bother with the leg press it causes more damage than gains.

Are you sure Cycling is more effective than leg press? Cyclists usually have very skinny legs compared to bodybuilders.

If you're not opposed to a roid cycle, you can get amazing results, even without roids you'll have tree stumps. Leg press is bro tier exercise, there are more injuries from a leg press machine than working your legs normally. I used to powerlift, and never once used leg press, I've seen guys damage their back and joints do to incorrect form, equipment failure ,and putting more weight than you can take. I'm not saying a short high rep low weight leg press is bad, just there are better ways to work your legs.

Okay, I used Cycling few months ago. I will add it back to my training programm. Maybe also do more Squats even though I really suck at it.
How often do you train your legs in a week?
 
As with everything it´s mostly genetics I have weird genetics so back when I bodybuilded my strong points were trapez, shoulders and legs I was so strong in legs especially squats I squatted 242lbs/110kg in 4 reps at my max while I only weighed like 67kg at the time and had 34cm arms.

Anyways squats are very good at building mass the same with stiff leg deadlift for your hamstring.
And I second @Legato roids are incredibly effective if you do a cycle of roids and focus extra much on your legs you will get results as if you had insane genetics.

Same. I'm going to focus more on Legsmaxxing from now on, but still do either biceps/chest or triceps/shoulder at the same day.

Do not forget that females have a stronger hip and therefore have a much more easier time on training legs.

all athletes have big legs. calves are genetic


also women don't have bigger or stronger legs. average woman can't even do a bodyweight squat. they have shorter torsos in proportion to their body which makes their legs look disproportionately big. plus they store significantly more fat in their lower body than men
 
You need a lot of consistency,which is something that I lack,but if you make it something that you enjoy,then you'll have an easier time.

See if gym has an assault bike. I like resistance bands too.
