My mom had a freak out and threatened to kick me out of the house even I didn't start losing weight as a fatcel. Well I ended up paying DOLLAR at the YMCA which is jus crazy. Last time I worked out was gym class in high school and going into the actually weight room was way fucking worse. Nothing but Chads and Tyrones lifting heavy ass weights while foids ran on treadmills and did retarded stretches in skin tight pants, I ended up leaving after using the free weights for like 5 minutes and eating a deluxe cravings box at Taco Bell. How the fuck do gymcel cope in mogs central, wear the hottest foids and chads are there 24/7

Exactly, skip breakfast and any snacks. You should only be eating lunch and dinner at the most. Also learn to cook if you haven't already. If you cook from scratch you avoid all the additives in processed food that makes people fat. It's simple you buy raw bulky foods like potatoes, ground beef, cabbage and cook them up and season them. If you have a good mix of foods including vegetables you will feel full easier, especially if you are only eating a couple times a day.

I blast very loud drill music through my headphones and when i see a good looking whore i get aggresive and when someone mogs me i avoid his presence. Its killing me inside but i need to have a better body to say i at least tried everything. I know its cope :feelsrope:

My routine was just two meals, lunch at 2 pm and dinner until 8 pm.

Throughout the day I drink coffee without sugar.

The trash week you can eat anything but do not exaggerate.

I can go to the gym for 1 hour+ without looking a single person in the face. I don't even look at my surroundings, I just focus on myself and my excercises.

If you are still high school age (assuming you are americel) and have Planet Fitness nearby, it is free for teens for the summer - you just need to register online. They offer it every year so that niggers don't roam the streets all day during the summer and commit crimes lol.
Besides, most Planet Fitness locations are landwhale/fatcel central anyway, so going there is less intimidating than going to a pro gym

You need OMAD and around 1500 calories a day, that's the only thing that works long term as a fatass

You don't really "plateau" on eating less calories. The main reason why it slows down is that your stationary TDEE is reduced due to your now-lower body mass. But even this effect is minimal compared to simply fasting or eating extremely less.

At the end of the day, it's calories in/out. If you eat less than you spend across weeks, you will lose weight.
