I think at this point is kinda impossible. Many countries depend on imports and the international supply lines are so entrenched that any major disruption would cause massive famines and catastrophes especially in developed countries such as Germany or UK where the agricultural field has been neglected. Countries such as USA and russia would fo just fine I think just for the sheers amount of resources they possess
