Buddhism addresses the alleviation of suffering through the practice of detachment. Central to this philosophy is the belief that our identification with external things or concepts creates the potential for suffering. When we develop attachments, those external elements become extensions of ourselves. Consequently, when these extensions encounter difficulties or experience pain, we too experience suffering.

The concept of detachment within Buddhism is remarkably potent. Through consistent practice, a Buddhist endeavors to detach not only from external factors but also from their own physical body. This practice reaches a point where the practitioner genuinely internalizes the belief that they are not synonymous with their physical form. As a result, when the body undergoes pain, a Buddhist remains unaffected by it. This profound detachment severs the link between the physical sensations and the self, allowing the Buddhist to transcend the sensations of pain.

The amount of mental gymnastics that humanity does to prove that ugliness has nothing to do with one's life. Buddhists were literally castrated ugly soyboys who couldn't get laid and just wanted to cope until their time passes , meanwhile the Chad Brahmins were sacrificing animals , eating meat . having sex with his multiple wives. It was giga over for Buddhacels
