How bad can a person's life get?

I know that a big part of it is my perspective. Technically, I'm relatively fine. I have all my limbs, I'm not missing any parts of my body except some of my teeth which were poorly fixed. I'm not all that healthy but I don't have any terminal illnesses. I'm poor but I still have a job, even if I make just enough to pay the bills. I'm not homeless, even though I still live with my parents.

There's always somebody worse off, always something you can say "at least I'm not ____".

But seriously, I fucking hate my life so much, but it's just so scary when I think that even this shit can get so much worse. And as I get older, it will get ohh so much worse. There's like 4 different areas of my life that will fuck me over in the following years.
