Do you know why some European phenotypes have small Asian-like eyes? From what I know, they inherited some proto-East Asian (not modern) blood from thousands of years ago.

I personally find the large-eyed European ethnicities most attractive. Not just south Europeans but specially French and any ethnicities with big eyes. Do you know of which ethnicities are best examples of those?
