How are some people able to just lay in bed all day and not get up to do anything?

I don’t understand, I end up getting too hungry and wanting to do other things whenever I try.

How do some of you guys do it? I wish so badly I could just stay in my bed so I wouldn’t have to deal with my family or any other stressors.
