I live in the Southern US where black/white is basically 50/50 and I almost never see race mixed couples.

My hypothesis is cultural similarity. White trash tends to procreate with Blacks because the equivalent of "White trash" in Blacks is just regular Blacks. My guess is that 7% of any given majority population has a sexual fetish for racial minorities, notice how 7% of both White males and White females (note that this includes Hispanic Whites) are exogamous in the USA. In men its more Blacks (including Hispanic Blacks) who are exogamous while in toilets it's Asians (including Hispanic Asians). Then look at these numbers relatively to the general population and it seems that Black men probably work more outside of the hood and therefore reproduce more with White toilets because they go to other communities to work, toilets in general tend to work and live primarily in the communities where they grew up in, unlike men toilets don't typically "leave the nest" or at least typically don't go very far. The vast majority of white women that I have seen with Blacks easily fall in White Trash territory.
Majority of blacks stick together and mate within their own race. So it's likely you'll find lower ratios of mixed race to black in high black-populated states because most of the time, blacks only mate with other blacks
If any black male plans to move to low black-populated states like in the North, chances are they plan to run JBB on white foids in that region.
