Genetics, PEDs (jfl if you think the "WWE wellness policy" stops them) and their billed weights are higher than their actual weights. They do the same thing with height, usually adding an inch or two.
Back in the day the WWF used to be even more extreme with lying about the heights and weights of wrestlers. Like Andre the giant was billed as "7'4 and over 500lbs" but he was only actually 6'10, 6'11 tops. There are pics of him with legit 7'1 Wilt Chamberlain and Chamberlain is clearly at least a couple inches taller than Andre. The WWF/WWE just wanted to make their wrestlers seem "larger than life" and lying about stats was one way they did this. They also used certain camera angles to make some wrestlers look bigger, like "the Andre shot" where they show them from a really low angle looking up at the wrestler.
These days they have to be a bit more conservative with their lies because the internet finds out about this stuff very quickly. You have high IQ autists that calculate people's real heights down to the 1/8 of an inch by comparing them to the size of items around them, and these videos get millions of views.
