In world war II, scorched earth was used by many armies. But most notably is the Japanese who gave their women and children a grenade or to tell them to jump off a hill so they can't be used by invaders.

Likewise, Swiss rigged their infrastructure to blow up in case of Germany invasion.

This isn't too different to the idea of honor killings in some cultures. If your daughters are gonna be used by your enemies (chads), then, the denial of tactical assets that can be utilized by the enemy, is a logical strategic move.

French Revolution, the USSR or the Caliphate.

Each of those societies were the product of the minds of people who've built it.

Likewise, the Marxist-Rodgerist society is an idea that is here to stay. Maybe it will come to fruition in this century, maybe the next, or never. But the spectre of sexual-communism is haunting the world and will continue to haunt.
