I think childlessness is based on fear. What fears exactly? The fear they might be taken by CPS, that you might be arrested for child neglect or the fear that you can't provide for them. This is a good quote even beyond the topic.

This is true. The circumstances for homeless women are not ideal for parenthood; however this quote seems incomplete because some will think that they should not act, so I will provide this quote:

Homeless women should become prostitutes

They should become commercial surrogates if they want to get out of poverty. Perhaps that would make surrogacy a little more affordable.
