Homeless blackcel was told to relocate by the cops

Brutal.

He didn't film the interaction but it occurred the other night.

The cops came and told him to relocate in the middle of the night while he was asleep.

The cops said the public parking garage has security now and the security wanted him gone.

I think the reason why the building has security now is because the homeless having been moving into the garage. It's not just this homeless blackcel but from what he's been saying there are at least two other homeless bums in that particular garage. One homeless vietnamese dude and another "big tall dude" that was making a huge mess.

Again, brutal.

He didn't have any problems before but now he has.

The problem with being homeless is that when you find a secluded place with good shelter from the rain and cold, other homeless people will likely move in with you and that's when people start noticing.

The rainy season will start in several months from now and this will be his first year sleeping outside exposed to the elements.

Damn this dude needs to set his priorities straight.

A homeless guy that panhandles at a street intersection everyday needs to worry about getting a full time job asap so that he can rent a room at a cheap motel.

Instead he thinks about women all day long.

On top of that he blows away all of his money away on the lottery.

The foolish passerby's that give him up to $200 a day in total are just enabling his homelessness and lottery addiction.
