I tried it with 12gb of system ram and 3gb of video ram, it's unplayable, I will try it again when I upgrade my pc, seems fun enough.

Problem is more the system ram since game has memory overflow problems. 16gb its bare minimum nowadays and I have 12, I saw on youtube Hogwarts using near 25gb ram.

Haven’t played it, but from the looks of it, if you want a magic, fantasy, open-world RPG, there’s a million options that are probably better than this game.
