This is one of the must reads that peaked my interest the most and I actually coined a similar term for the male-female in-group out-group bias so basically, in-group bias is reinforced by what I coined with a freind of mine, empathy asymmetry where society is conditioned to view female suffering as a tragedy and male suffering as an innate flaw in the man. Because women prioritize the well-being of other women, they have successfully captured all of the victimhood narratives as they are the most effective purveyors because of their collectivistic nature. When women form a majority in human resources, psychology, education, and social services, they utilize their in-group bias to create policies based on their internal values which is empathy asymmetry, and essentially creating an institutional environment where female comfort is paramount and male needs are deemed intrusions to this
And one of the solution to this is that what we must cultivate as men is some sense of male in-group preference that mimics the solidarity women have exercised. A peoples cannot survive when one half of its population is systematically conditioned to discard the other
Our masculine energy which is innately put toward externalized expansion and the conquest of chaos is the engine of all Great civilization and I could on and on about the Civilizational Cycles of our particular civilization but I won't to avoid being tangential though when a society becomes hyper-gynocentric, we go through a phase shift, like you said and the collective focus goes from the expansion and preservation of the ethnos to the optimization of immediate consumption and psychological comfort for the ectopic female population which has led to rabid hypersexualization and the dating market disparity. This is an entropic and perpetual state of chaos and we've entered the age of decadence. Women’s in-group bias, which manifest as empathic asymmetry is inherently crude status-seeking designed to be within the local group and when the feminine bias becomes the guiding principle of a peoples policy, the men are diverted from creating stable foundations and are instead forced into servicing the mercurial emotional demands of the feminine consensus. The result is the decay of society, the hollowing out of institutions, and the eventual exhaustion of the nation’s civilizational capital. This happens all through history where women standards rise, men can no longer met their unrealistic expectations and the women because of the effect of their action, or the input, worsens it more and increases the resource expectation which leads to an agency paradox. And, I am not asking for a hyper-masculine society like Nazi Germany, which doesn't work but what all societies need to function is a man led complementarian society and whenever these sort of societies collapse it is because of the inversion between two waves of ideology, pure machismo militarized hells or a femininized weak society, the one we live in today
