A large part of the fall of Rome was the dissention into sexual degeneracy. Once a threshold is crossed where there aren't enough men invested in the society via a stable wife and children then any adversity the society will face via an invasion, pandemic, natural disaster or whatever will not be met with any determination. The American empire is in a very similar situation. The sexual degeneracy is reaching dangerous levels. We're nearing absence levels of adult male virginity. Rampant homosexuality and now far left weirdos are trying to normalize pedophilia. What's worse is this American Empire has a far larger grasp on the rest of the world to an extent the Romans could never even dream of. Once this society collapses by nuclear war, natural disaster, etc then the entire world will enter the true Dark Ages.

The bright side is along with this collapse will come a restructuring of society similar to what we had post Roman Empire. To combat the sexual hedonism which took hold of the world back then Christianity exploded in popularity and put into place the rules that women must be limited to only one sexual partner. This one simple rule kept society going through this dark time. I think a similar thing will happen after America collapses. Whether it be Christianity, the rise of Islam or some new philosophy/religion the rule will be put back into place that women must be limited to one sexual partner. The virtue and innocence of females will be preserved and a healthy number of men will be invested in the rebuilding of society. Hopefully this next generation of men won't be cucked into falling for feminism again and will keep their women modest as the society improves.

Didn't Polygamy cause an Incel revolution in Rome or was that something else?

I keep saying this but retards here think the west will survive for a thousand years in the state that it's in for some reason.:feelskek:

The west will fall, but the real question is when, and what will be the straw that will break the camel's back?

Probably when the US has war with China or a proxy of China. Didn't the British Empire start declining when it overextended its military capabilities in world war 2?

I would think the rise of Christianity was in part an incel revolution.

I really think not. The world today is too globalized for any one major power to fall, they all depend on each other. For example, China needs the US and viceversa. Except North Korea, they are the only ones who don't really like hanging out with others, and look how that turned out.

iirc some what, but mostly the British empire broke apart peacefully with them decolonizing because they thought fighting against le ebil nazys for freedom was hypocritical because they subjected most of the world at that point. I'm not the most well versed in the politics of the British during the post ww2 era tbh so I'm sure some histfag can correct me.

This is pretty true. You can look at the current pandemic for how societies kinda look out for each other. However a major disaster in America would still be very bad for the rest of the world. I'm talking like an asteroid impact, an even worse pandemic or yellow stone blowing up. Something that would completely shut down the US economy would plunge the world into a Dark Age since global trade is done via US dollars.

The British were preoccupied fighting World War 2 to keep control of their colonies which was one reason why a lot of their colonies started to gain independence during that time imo. You can't overextend your military in years long wars and rule over all your colonies (sound familiar to the current situation with the US?)

Also the US went up against Vietnam and still got brutalized so a war with China where the US comes in at a stalemate or loss would be like an official recognition of the decline of the west. Right now the west while declining socially is still considered mostly uncontested in terms of military power. But that can easily change if they get shown up by another major world power.

true true, more lifefuel for me then.
To hell with the west, once it collapses we can rebuild it in a bettER image free from (((them)))

Like so many things the transition won't be pretty or painless. And we're living it right now. And who will fight in a war against China or a proxy of China? You guessed it. The same people on this forum that live in the west.

Why? History usually shows that when the center of power shifts, there is usually conflict. This is no longer a unipolar world with US/UK/Australia and NATO uncontested post fall of the Soviet Union but a multipolar one with Russia, Iran and China as possible major rivals and becoming more so as the years pass. Eventually those other countries are going to vie for dominion and new territory and it's going to lead to conflict as these countries try to test what goes in this new world with a shift of power.

So it's not that prudent to hope for a collapse. You most likely won't be young when the rebuilding starts (remember how long it takes to recover from war (Germany post World War 2, the south after the Civil War)).
