Did they say the maximum height that you could grow at that age? Im sorry to say but your plates are pretty much closed by the time you are 18. Im just wondering what the maximum height gained could be? It seems unlikely that you will grow more than a centimeter or 2 but let us know in part 3 what they say.
my 16 year old friend gained 5 inches in the span of a year and again this post was just about me saying I'm gonna go to the doc to see if i can do it
With HGH or a growth spurt? If it is the latter then that explains it. If it was because of HGH then thats impressive. The majority of the deciding factor on your height is your genes.
with HGH his projected height was to be around 5'4"-5" and that's around where he was when he started taking them

this stuff is a bit less taboo than traditional test I'm pretty sure. If what happens to my friend happens to me and I gain 5 inches and i will gain a ton of weight and not prolly not good weight unless i decide to get a membership and really dedicate my time there.
i agree, Ive been planning on roping in my early 20s if I have no prospects anyways.
i will make sure of that, and I'll say so i can be better at a certain sport that I've can no longer improve in bc my height, which, in fact would be a total lie
