Wadlow made it to 8'11 before he died, but he was using a wheelchair well before that. There is definitely a hard limit on human height. The volume of a human body is roughly proportional to the cube of its height. So, if your height increases by 10%, your volume would increase by approximately 33%. However your inner piping, blood vessels, and nostrils would only increase proportionally to the square of your height. So at some point you will be too large to function. This is not a cope BTW, these restrictions only really start to kick in above 6ft6.
