So I have hemochromatosis, caused by two HFE genes with c282y mutation. It causes iron overload and destroys all organs, including muscles ( making me exercise intolerant ),.causes cancers and mainly diabetes and liver problems.
The fun thing is this shit is rare my third world country and doctors don't know/want to treat it.
