[HelpFuel] Looking for an attachment someone posted but can't search for it?

Just search "full" into the search and it will seldom come up with anything other than images and GIFs.

The first one or two will be the most "relevant" aka the ones with the word in the title. The rest of them have an attachment but you can't see it until you click on the link, much like how quotes work in post history
