I can't open incels.is without VPN. Maybe incels.is got blocked in spain? Or maybe my sister blocked it?
Do this happen to anyone else? It doesn't happen to me always, sometimes i can open it, sometimes not...?

i also get this but i don't think it's anything of concern because it's an issue with the site itself giving some random error.
Most likely it's just a server timeout or something.
If you can't access .is without a VPN then you would either be redirected to a blocked page or have error 451.

Rn im using it with brave tor, if i use it without it then it doesn't work

Nah, don't worry it's not blocked or anything, it also happened to me, the page just randomly can't charge in some moments but it will eventually work again, it's a problem with the internet.

It also happened to me as you can see and I can accces again after some hours despite not using VPN, it's a problem with your internet
