So as I'm fairly new to blackpill, wanted to get s better understand of the frame theory. I understand frame should signal perceived fighting ability, and these factors can't be gamed (ie they are genetic, like height), but what's the deal with wrists, forearms, bideltoid, and insertions? I don't even know what the last 2 are, but j guess if you don't have all 4 of these as well as big muscles and 6ft plus, it's not worth bothering (unless you Hollywood level statusmax and looksmax)?

Thicker wrists and forearms shows that you are more dominant and you can handle things with more aggression.

also they are an indicator on how thick your other bones are, if you have small wrists, you'll have a small ribcage.

bideltoid is basically just the size of your shoulders

muscle doesn't really matter tbh, if you have a giant frame and you're skinny, you'll mog the living shit out of a small framed roidcel.

i think having a better indicates your more alpha

just hold frame bro

Insertions are just where your muscles are and how your muscles look
It's mostly aesthetic

Right makes sense, so it measures robustness. Bideltoid is width, like the tailor measures from widest point of deltoid, or forward to back, ie. Thickness of shoulder? Anyone know what's it needs to be to ascend?

But if you pack on enough muscle, won't everyone be equally aesthetic, assuming same bf%?

Most men's bideltoid width is about 20'' (give or take 2 inches) so if you're wider than that then you're in the clear. To measure properly stand next to the wall. Have your heels touch the wall. Don't flex and have your arms relaxed hanging next to your body. Have someone grab the pencil and put the mark on the wall where your shoulder are widest. Measure afterwards with tape.

the bigger the frame, the more muscle you can put on

No, your final potential is dictated by your genetics. Such as muscle insertions and skeletal structure. You can exceed the average untrained person, but will never win against the truly genetically gifted.
Ratios and proportions matter. Concepts such as shoulder to hip ratio and shoulder to waist ratio are important as well. In addition, how it relates to other people is also important. Frame, like height, follows the bell-curve.

This image gives a good idea of the framepil:
