Record it using the share button, you can take videos of the last 30 seconds to 30 minutes of gameplay.
Stick a thumb drive in the ps4. Move the videos to the thumbdrive.
Take thumbdrive out. Stick in computer. Boom. There ya go. You have mp4s of what you recorded.
