Serious Help I think I’m falling out of favor at work

So a few weeks ago I started a new job. It is pretty good and the people were shockingly nice to me. I’m very introverted so the last week or so I just kind of sit at my desk working. I know that is my job but I feel I should get up more often and engage in small talk.

Problem is that incels such as myself are socially awkward and have trouble thinking of things to say to people. Especially those I don’t know well.

You don't need people to like you, you just need people not to dislike you. Everything went wrong at my job once I started to realize certain bosses didn't like me. The coworkers liked me but honestly that doesn't matter as much.

It’s a semi open office with cubicles. My cubicle is nice because walls are high so nobody can see me.

If you have anxiety and you don't want to talk to them that's your brain telling you, you are to ugly for social interaction. Every time I've went against my social anxiety and put my self out there I get treated like shit.

I didn't talk to roastie coworkers, they got me fired for "lack of enthusiasm". I did talk to them, they got me fired anyway for "lacking team spirit". You can't win. Just be as neutral as possible.
