I'm a fairly atrocious newcel (first thing I've ever found about the blackpill was r/incels barely a few weeks before shutdown). Never been (and will NOT be) in Lookism, Sluthate, PUAHate or any other shit.
Can any Goodsamaritancel explain what are the fundamental differences between those, and the original Incels?

A mentalcel would have to be someone who does get attention or has the potential for it, but shuts them out becasue of some past traumatic expereiences for example.
Helping someone like that to get out of his percieved inceldom does indeed seem a task nigh to impossible, since his whole outlook at himself and the world would have to change.

by your definition we are all at least partially mentalcels given we all endure abuse as ugly men, sorry if I look dumb,
