Everyone loses height. But it doesn't matter to 6'5 chad. They enjoy their young years and experience everything. When they get old they just shrink from 6'5 to 6ft. But an incel shrinks from manlet to a dwarf. I'm 5'7 and I can't imagine that my height shrinks to 5'3 or 5'2. Beyond brutal. I can't imagine the 5'3 brocels in here shrinking to under 5ft. Why would you care about your height loss at that age? Only way to get laid at that age is to be rich and if you're rich they don't care about your height anyways. Also no man shrinks like 5 inches even at 80 unless you're really tall or turn into a hunchback.

Depends as well, it's mostly related to your spine. Some people lose a lot while others lose very little. Recently an old man complained to me about losing 1⅓ inch, but Arnold Schwarzenegger lost 3 inches. Meanwhile Sylvester Stallone lost almost nothing.

I do know a few extreme cases, but these are the exception, not the rule.
