I did everything I could before resorting to circumcision
Was doing foreskin stretching exercise... it worked in the end but I once almost gave myself paraphimosis accidentally because of these exercises
Urologist said I don't have any signs of paraphimosis thankfully, that's a huge relief
So I stretched it out successfully but it still wasn't enough because of the sensitivity. It was so much that it hurt even touching it. No exercise could fix this. Only then I decided to lie under the knife, I was preparing for that decision for 2 years

Because the most sensitive (and thus painful) part was at the very bottom of the glans. So there was no other way but to remove it all, removing just the top of the foreskin wouldn't do anything
