If you somehow die from that punch, but I did not intend to kill you with the punch (only make you drop the knife) then you died accidentally.
In the case of Fields, he was not even trying to injure Heather - he had no idea Heather was there.
By the time she becomes visible you can see from the photo taken behind Fields' car that Fields has already ducked down and can't see her.
During his approach there were a bunch of agile tyrones in front of her who easily lept out of the way.

He didn't run over anybody. Nobody actually passed underneath the tire of his cars.
He did hit some people in front of him when he panicked, yeah. They rolled over the car.
That's what happens when you have your foot hovering over the accelerator trying to spook them into getting off the street but then you piss yourself and lose control of your vehicle.
The self-defense part is when he backed into people following the accidental collision with people in front.
Backing into people was intentional (not an accident) and fully warranted since they were trying to murder him.

South Carolina legally seceded from the union on 20 December 1860 and POTUS had more than three months to move his shit out.
Instead of doing that, Buchanan sent Star of the West to resupply it in January.

Lincoln was the traitor. Confederate states legally voted to secede and he ignored democracy. He was in the pocket of the jews who could no longer turn a profit trading the slaves.
