we're all different, some people have places the fat doesn't go from no matter what. it's genetic. not everyone has the same blueprint. it sounds like a fatty excuse but it's not. get as fit and healthy as possible for yourself, but you might not get washboard abs. Look at The Rock. All the money and dietitians and trainers in the world wasn't going to get rid of his moobs. Dem Samoan genetics + his dad's black big boob genetics too. He had to have them cut off. If you're already fit and lean, but still have significant tummy fat, your body could just be programmed to hold on to it no matter what. Some people have that in boobs/moobs, some tummy, some arms, some thighs, some love handles. It is what it is. Look at your family. Do they have the same problem? If so, it's genetics. You could go for cosmetic surgery but that puts you in the same category as dumb bimbo women. You're better than that, you don't need that shit because its already over for you.

Even using steroids is entirely genetic and your body can respond differently. Some people have shit genetics and end up like this:

You're honestly right tbh.

I do all of this besides the fuck all day part.

cope, youe strength is genetic.
NEET sitting around all day gorillas strength moggg all roid junkies to the 58th dimension.
While this is true, i still think that everyone should maintain a healthy schedule of lifting at LEAST three days a week

Not sure about these numbers because early childhood and especially pregnancy diet can have major effects.
I do agree that as you age, and much more as an adult, you are already set. At this point your health will depend mostly at how your body has evolved till then.
I still think 90% is overdoing it. However, I do agree with the transition from mostly diet depended to genetics.
