From my understanding, the prefrontal cortex is what regulates emotions, impulsivity, and reasoning. I am very rational, but super super emotional over anything really. I can’t control my emotions at all, due to brain damage in that area.
That’s the region of the brain that is responsible for foids being more emotional than men. Apparently it makes them feel emotions more intensely. I think it’s because their prefrontal cortex is less regulatory when it comes to feeling emotions than in men.
Having this part of the brain damaged is Hell.
