Should I get on finasteride and get surgery at the cost of losing my erections and libido?
As is I already have severe ED and low libido, I'm certain fin. will be the nail in the coffin, but hey, I might get my hair to look ok-ish again.
What would you pick in this case?

I used fin. for a month last year but stopped because I had a mental breakdown and had to check into a clinic. I still have brain fog but I'm not sure if it happened because of fin. or maybe it was just my time to finally get the breakdown that was coming.
Maybe it's worth trying with a slow taper-on. Like using it once a week, then every 6 days etc. and see what happens.
