Having a Narrow Palate Make My Face Look Big

I don't know how to explain it but it make all of my facial features big and not balanced, all I want is a SARPE, anyone have anything similar like a narrow palate? Very disgusting, plus recessed maxilla  :O  :sick:  :'(

Even as a kid there are not real obvious changes in facials tructure, one of my sister got it in the past and it didn´t really "improved" her face. Maybe because she already had a broad face, don´t know. Palate expander not Sarpe ofc.
