They already said something that they can see that you are a incel? My mother did it a lot of times. She already asked "Why don't you have a gf?" "I want grandchildren" and things like that.

But today I was with some friends, when she came and said "Wel I think I need to hire a gf for "thebuddhacel" (calling my name)".

My friends laught, but fortunatelly I'm so numb that this can't affect me anymore.

I could be wrong, but I get the impression a lot of people are "involuntarily NEET" in some sense, because Boomers are just as lonely as anyone else in the present, it's just that they have great memories to fall back on. In the old movie 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' the lead female was in situation where she wanted to self-improve but her ethnic family didn't want her to "abandon" them. I don't think the parents of incels have much of an incentive to "marry off" their kids so probably wouldn't tease, which might motivate them to get out more.
