Venting Have your paranoia been justified before?

I always feel like someone is watching me whether it's someone walking behind me or a car just driving slowly while I'm walking down the sidewalk.

I swear especially as of late, my paranoia have been proven to be real and not something of my imagination or due to mental illness. It starting to become a everyday thing where people in their cars are slowly driving to catch a glimpse of me mind you I'm a sub 5 male and black

Anytime I make eye contact with them or stare back, they immediately speed off and it's honestly annoys me like I know this is a free country but still when it happens too often, it just messes with me.

I always mistrust normies and foids

Throughout my entire life, I have come to trust no one and for good reason: life experiences that has shown me how evil normies, foids, and the human race as a whole truly is.

Whenever I tell other people my reasons of why I don't trust or open up to anyone, they always downplay my experiences as if it don't matter and tell me to try harder.

When I do "try harder", the same thing happens and my fears and my judgments are further justified and valid.
