We don't need to layer on mountains of makeup to look passably human. Females look dead, like they haven't slept in 10 years, when they're not wearing makeup. Men have much nicer, clearer skin on average despite higher testosterone which is said to roughen the skin. Men can sleep little and look more refreshed and healthier than the average female. Men don't need to change the whole shape of their face with contouring techniques to look passably human.

I have a bad case of dark circles under my eyes, but I had them all my life since I was a kid. I also have chronic insomnia. I really can't see how coffee affects anything. When I sleep 8 hours a night my circles are still there. You mean, I would sleep 9-10 hours if I don't drink coffee?

Otherwise I would recommend a high fat diet. 8 hours of sleep is fine. No smoking if you do it. Try b12 supplementation and vitamin e. Try all of that and see what happens.

I have dark circles too. If i sleep 9 hrs i also have them. I do however eat alot of sugar and been trying to cut down on it now. It's mostly deficiencies, genetics, allergies and poor sleep however alot of screen time, caffeine, sugar and alcohol can make them look even worse.
