If anything, on more than one occasion, I was the one being harassed. Not sexually, mind you. Although there was that time when the whores on the school bus discovered that guys had dicks. They loved singing "My Ding-A-Ling" on the way home, every day, and grabbing guy's crotches (including mine). Yeah, I know, I'm not supposed to mind it. The other guys on the bus didn't. But I had enough troubles at the time without some bitch I didn't even know suddenly squeezing my junk.
No, I'm talking about the jobs I've had where if I wanted the paycheck, then I had better put up with the constant, annoying, pushy, mouthy nonsense that I got a lot of from female bosses and co-workers. My first boss was a lesbian hag. She would schedule me for two days off a week, then call me in on those days. "If you're not in here in 15 minutes, you're fired. (hangs up)" I'd often work for weeks without a day off. But that wasn't the worst of it. I never got a penny of overtime pay. It was her job to total up the hours on our timecards before they were sent to payroll, and nobody there ever bothered to double-check her math. Why would they? Cheating some poor dumb kid out of overtime pay saved the company money. Never mind that it was a FEDERAL LEVEL CRIME.
