Yes we just call them kebabs here and they are served on rolled up flatbread instead of a roll like in the picture. Cheap and they're rude to pretty much every customer so I like going to see others treated like me.

Many times. In the UK it is considered food to eat when drunk but I've had many a sober one too. It's usually served in pitta bread here.
