This probably wouldn't work in the west although it certainly would not hurt to try. I have seen a few females who are homeless and hold up signs like will work for money, it would be great to get them to agree to some method of providing pleasure in return for direct cash, but they would likely refuse or report them to the cops. The ideal place would be a poorer country in a slum like area where there are younger females on the streets. looking malnourished, alone without anyone accompanying or near them.
Let me present the ideal scenario based on a true story. I was travelling in India a few years ago with my family and there was some problem with the vehicle, it broke down forcing us to cancel travel plans for the day. At some point I found myself sitting with my mother near our hotel and there was this dark skinned girl who looked weak and hungry, her rags were filthy and there was no one around or near her. She was just sitting there probably too weak to move. She gazed at me with a sad expression of pain and I felt moved I almost wanted to help her and was thinking of asking my mother for money.
But then another dirtier thought came to mind this could be the perfect opportunity for me to gain some sexual experience. I did not consider forcing myself upon her, but I could offer her a decent amount of money by local standards in return for fellatio, considering how desperate she looked I imagined she would agree. I would start by asking her if she wanted an opportunity to make money, promising her what should be a relatively decent sum in return for a favor, if she refused I would simply leave likely stating how disappointed I was and how she would never receive such a great opportunity again. But if she agreed she would receive the money after the act. Thinking about this gave me a boner.
Unfortunately this was only in my head due to the fact I did not know the local language and the close proximity of my parent. I ended up doing nothing and I never saw her again. Sometimes I wonder if it could have played out differently.
