have you ever had lucid dreams?

I recently had a dream in which I was very lucid, I could shape the world to my liking. Initially I made some NPCs fly to make sure that I was lucid, then I had some erotic scenes that I could not control despite being lucid, so I tried to prolong the duration of the dream as much as possible. I woke up with an anxiety crisis

I dreamt while awake i could fully think but was fully asleep aswell and dreamt that i was banging a hot blonde and then i woke up and she wasnt there. Sucks
