Serious Have you dealt with monkeys before?

There's a trail/hike that I would like to try, because it connects both geographically close places that are normally far away places if you travel by foot (6-8 hours).

The problem is that the trail has.....monkeys and monkeys are the selling point of the trail, not my autistic "find the short path" adventures.

The monkeys are numberous and are known to go after people with food.

I would like to walk the trail one day but I'm afraid of monkeys.
