I'm in telemarketing, and I swear I'd quit if I had any other option but I'm lucky they wanted to hire me anyway. It's amazing how many sales jobs or any jobs at all discriminate against my unfortunate genes. I guess this was the only option I had cause they thought "Fuck it, at least people we sell to can't see his face!" But now I have to watch this Stacey I work with flirt with another co-worker on the daily. They're fucking and it's no secret. She's a cute blonde blue eyed short girl. But here is where I'm not sure if it's [LifeFuel] or not; he is definetly no chad, he is definetly not as ugly as I am but he is no pretty chad either.

He is overweight and ugly face. I asked her about this and she got super offended. She kept saying "He makes me laugh! He's attractive to me! How dare you!"

I just laughed in her face cause I know that couldn't be true. Stacey's always go for chads there must be something I'm missing here. He does well at work so he gets good Comms but so does she? So maybe she just wants the extra bank anyway. But then here's the real kicker, SHE BUYS HIM SHIT TOO. So here I am having to watch them flirt and kiss while I'm desperately trying to work and I feel like quitting.

I thought I'd make head office aware or at least our manager so I could maybe get them fired but they don't seem to care. I DONT GET IT.

Firstly, I never trust the looks judgement of anyone. Secondly, he obviously has some status within the context of your call-center and that is the social hierarchy she spends the majority of her time in, so in her mind, she is pairing up with one of the top men available to her. You said he is also good at sales, so he obviously is good at getting people to like him, which is basically what sales amounts to. Part of getting people to like you is getting them to do things for you. You can google it, it's called the Ben Franklin Effect, so the fact that she is buying him things makes sense.
