Have my shoulders gotten a bit broad from lifting heavy ass bags and water jugs over the years or is it genetics?

I’m not buff or built or anything, but my shoulders seem kinda broad. I have done a lot of lifting heavy shit over the years. And I’ve carried heavy bags of goods for miles.

Yeah likely or you've just gotten older
